Atlanta based founder Frank Simotics has been working in the renovation industry for over 25 years. He has an extensive background ranging from residential,
multi-family and
commercial projects.
We are fully licensed in Georgia and North Carolina.
Being a designer/ builder Frank brings his sense of style and design combined with professional construction management. He has managed over 300 million dollars in construction and renovation projects throughout his career. Frank has built a large network of skilled craftsman that have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to the process. His passion for all types of construction and effective project management led him to launch CGG - Construction Good Guys.
